About Cedrick Lee Smith!

Cedrick was a single father of two children, at 31 years old he managed to accomplish plenty. On February 23rd 2021 Cedrick his two children, nephew and mother experienced a life changing accident. While traveling to be with his sister, who just lost her 6 month old baby that morning, the car flipped and unfortunately Cedrick removed his seatbelt momentarily which caused him to be ejected from the car. Fortunately his two children and mother wore their seatbelts and survived. This tragedy has left his entire family devastated. We believe by sharing their story and spreading awareness can save lives!

Cedrick was more than just a brother, child and father, he was the person who would drop everything to help someone. His energy would light up any room and he was loved by so many. Loosing him was devasting, but we’ve made it our mission to keep his memory alive and pervent other families from going through the same pain.

This Foundation isn’t just about Cedrick, it’s for everyone. It’s for all the families that can still be protected. It’s time we talk about seatbelt safety!
